How we work together to get your business off the ground.
Online collab
A private Facebook group only for fellow startup business owners in this program. No more posting on random groups and hoping for the best. Together we will build your businesses, get to know each other and create a circle of growth around each business.
Email support
Troubleshooting email support provided by me. My aim is to answer all emails within 12 hours but often it's much faster than that. Perfect for when you need direction on a task, need clarity around a particular issue or another set of eyes on something before you launch it.
Group sessions
Regular video/audio chat sessions where we can build connections, answer the curly questions and remove the isolation of building your business alone. Audio will be recorded and stored in our online database for you to use as needed.

Below you will find answers to the most common questions about Small Business Kickstart.
The Small Business Kickstart is my way of supporting new business owners when time and money are both low but knowledge and support are greatly needed.
Below is what is included:
- A private Facebook group only for current members so we can all get to know each other and build a community to support each other's businesses.
- Regular video/audio sessions where you are free to join in and the recordings will be available for the duration of your membership.
- Email support from me. What this means is if you are working on a design and can't quite pinpoint an issue, or are writing copy and need a second set of eyes or have a question you can't find the answer to, you can email me and I can take a look or give you feedback along the way. This is not a service where you can simply bombard me with emails to effectively build your business for you. It is a service to allow me to help as many people as possible with the things that crop up on a daily basis when you are starting out in business.
Each option will auto renew so if you only want one month you will need to cancel your subscription at the end of the month or it will renew for another month at the monthly rate until such time as you either upgrade or cancel. For quarterly and yearly members the subscription will continue to renew until such time as you cancel your subscription.
If within 7 days of joining you decide that Small Business Kickstart isn't for you then I will happily refund the full cost of the membership you have paid.

Short answer is no. This is a support service only. Building a business is hard work and time consuming but it can be made easier with shortcuts and know how.
My aim is to provide you with the knowledge I have accumulated over decades of working with small businesses and running my own businesses so that you can save time and money and get to your goals faster.
I will be providing recordings of all videos or audios conducted as part of the Small Business Kickstart membership so that you can access them at any time for the duration of your membership.
Absolutely. The Small Business Kickstart is just one part of my business. Predominantly I spend my time building and fixing websites, supporting small business owners with admin and document creation work.
If you need a website or some additional pages added to your site, an eBook created or any other business task, a quote will be provided for any work you require.
I've been in your shoes and am passionate about you not having to reinvent the wheel or waste money! I also know how isolating it can be to work from home day in, day out and how valuable it is to have someone you can trust 100% with your business and all it entails.
I am not just a web designer. I have worked in the online marketing space for 20 years and bring a wealth of online marketing knowledge and experience to every project. I don't speak "techie" speak and pride myself on my high level of individualised customer service.
