How we work together to get your business off the ground. 

Email support

General and emergency questions via email support. My aim is to answer all emails within 12 hours but often it's much faster than that. Perfect for when you need direction on a task, need clarity around a particular issue or another set of eyes on something before you launch it.

Phone support

Emergency troubleshooting phone support provided by me. For those times you can't work out something that isn't right with your website or have a business decision to make that you need to workshop with someone else. Subject to my availability at the time and available during business hours.

what's included

The Small Business Kickstart is my way of supporting new business owners when time and money are both low but knowledge and support are greatly needed.  

Below is what is included:

  • A private Facebook group only for current members so we can all get to know each other and build a community to support each other's businesses. 
  • Email support from me. What this means is if you are working on a design and can't quite pinpoint an issue, or are writing copy and need a second set of eyes or have a question you can't find the answer to, you can email me and I can take a look or give you feedback along the way.  This is not a service where you can simply bombard me with emails to effectively build your business for you. It is a service to allow me to help as many people as possible with the things that crop up on a daily basis when you are starting out in business.

Is this an ongoing fee?

Each option will auto renew until such time as you cancel your subscription. 

do you offer refunds?

If within 7 days of joining you decide that Small Business Kickstart isn't for you then I will happily refund the full cost of the membership you have paid.

do you do the work for me? 

Short answer is no. This is a support service only. Building a business is hard work and time consuming but it can be made easier with shortcuts and know how. 

My aim is to provide you with the knowledge I have accumulated over decades of working with small businesses and running my own businesses so that you can save time and money and get to your goals faster.

Can I outsource work to you?

Absolutely. The Small Business Kickstart is just one part of my business. Predominantly I spend my time building and fixing websites, supporting small business owners with admin and document creation work. 

If you need a website or some additional pages added to your site, an eBook created or any other business task, a quote will be provided for any work you require.

I've been in your shoes and am passionate about you not having to reinvent the wheel or waste money! I also know how isolating it can be to work from home day in, day out and how valuable it is to have someone you can trust 100% with your business and all it entails.

I am not just a web designer. I have worked in the online marketing space for 20 years and bring a wealth of online marketing knowledge and experience to every project. I don't speak "techie" speak and pride myself on my high level of individualised customer service.

I work closely with you through every step of the process from fledgling business idea to designing and building your vision for your website and giving you the tools and training you need to grow your business. Find out more about me...
